If a learner is able to complete an activity and learning assessment early, do they claim partial or full credit?

If an internet, enduring activity is accredited for 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, and an individual is able to work through the activity and successfully pass the associated learning assessment, then per the AMA, they may claim the full credit regardless of the time it took to complete the activity.
