Accredited providers need to gather the following data points from learners:
- ABIM ID Number
- First and Last Name
- DOB
- Activity Completion Date
- MOC Points
- MOC Credit Types
The provider is required to have processes in place to collect this information, get permission from the learner to share this information with the ACCME and must also transmit the completed information to the ACCME after the activity takes place.
