An interprofessional team consists of team members from two (or more) unique professions (i.e., nurses and physicians, physicians and social workers, pharmacists and psychologists) who learn with, from, and about each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes.
To comply with Criterion 23, we need an “interprofessional team”. What is this, exactly?
