Commendation Criterion 29 requires that a provider teach/observe and provide feedback about communication skills. Can the observation/feedback portion be self-reported?

Yes and no.  Individuals (or groups of learners) CAN self-report and/or self-assess their communication skills, yes.  However, the accredited provider must also include external observation with feedback to the learner – for example, with a faculty member or a peer observer.
