I see that a “participation threshold” is required for MOC activities – how do we create one?

A participation threshold, also called a “passing standard”, exists to clearly communicate to learners what exactly must be accomplished in order to earn the MOC credit.  The details can be determined by the provider depending on the type of evaluation that is being utilized.
