Can we use commercial support to pay some expenses of speakers?

Yes, because commercial support is primarily to underwrite provider’s various expenses incurred by developing and presenting the activity.  The funds can be used to pay expenses for speakers, teachers, authors, and any others who are involved in the activity development and presentation.
