Would we be compliant with ACCME requirements if our CME mission focused on increasing knowledge via online and live activities?

If that is the core of your mission statement, you are missing a critical element: Expected results in terms of competence, performance, or patient outcomes.  Without that, you would not be ACCME compliant!  Find more examples of ACCME compliance and noncompliance here.
