Is it enough to describe in our ACCME self-study the creation process of activities that are designed to change competence, performance, or patient outcomes (as described in our mission statement)?

In order to meet ACCME requirements, a provider must provide evidence of the implementation of the activity generation process for the activities reviewed in the self-study.  So no, it is not enough to just describe the creation process in terms of changes in competence, performance, or patient outcomes.
