Is it necessary to collect financial disclosures from our staff annually?

Accredited providers must collect disclosures for all individuals in control of content.  If your staff members are considered planners or “individuals in control of content” for accredited CE activities, then you must collect their disclosure information.  Collecting disclosures annually is a best practice, however, collection of disclosure information must be done prior to an accredited CE activity.
