If a faculty member is presenting a non-clinical didactic lecture, do I still need to obtain their financial relationship details and disclose them to learners?

According to ACCME’s Standard 3, accredited providers do NOT need to identify, mitigate, or disclose relevant financial relationships for accredited education that is non-clinical in nature.  This includes professional skill-building activities like leadership or communication related training, or instances where a learner group is in control of content (e.g., peer case discussions).  With that said, you’ll need to confirm the content is indeed non-clinical.
