If we don’t receive Commendation status again, does this mean we lose our Accreditation altogether?

If the ACCME determines that your organization has not complied with the Commendation criteria you’ve selected, but your organization has complied with all basic criteria, standards and policies required for Accreditation, you will maintain your Accreditation status.  Instead of a six-year reaccreditation period associated with Commendation, your organization would earn a four-year reaccreditation period.
