Alliance Annual Conference
Team AOE will be attending and exhibiting at the 2026 Alliance Annual Conference from February 16 – 19 in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, AOE staff members Sarah Porter and Melissa Marick will be presenting on a perennial hot topic with their session “CPD Escape! Stuck in the Muck of Standard 3” on Tuesday, February 17 at 10:00 am. This year marks the Alliance’s 50th annual conference, and it provides a terrific opportunity to connect with CME/CE colleagues. We hope to see you there.

Accreditation Board Bulletin: Annual Reporting
ACCME
Annual Reporting is completed via the ACCME’s Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) and will be due March 31, 2026. To access detailed information regarding PARS, including reporting requirements, visit the ACCME website here. You can also access a helpful FAQ here.
ANCC
Annual reporting is completed via the ANCC Nursing Activity and Reporting System (NARS) and will be due April 1, 2026. To access ANCC Annual Reporting Requirements, click here. Additionally, an FAQ page that includes NARS topics can be found here.
ACPE
There is no annual report required for ACPE, as activity data is captured ‘real-time’ via the Provider Web Tool and CPE Monitor.
Joint Accreditation
Annual reporting is completed via the Joint Accreditation’s Program and Activity Reporting System (JA-PARS) and will be due March 31, 2026. To access last year’s Joint Accreditation Annual Reporting Requirements, click here. You can also access additional resources, including: Annual Reporting Checklist, a How-to Video, and Annual Reporting Webinars.
MOC Year-End Reporting
Learners need to enter their CME for MOC completion data for 2025 in PARS by December 31, 2025, for the following certifying boards: American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS), American Board of Pathology (ABPath), American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), American Board of Surgery (ABS) and American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS).
The ACCME encourages providers to report this data in PARS on a regular basis throughout the year, as they complete activities (preferably within 30 days of the completion of the activity and evaluation). This tutorial provides additional information about submission of learner data in PARS; additionally, providers can learn more about uploading via batch processes or web services here.

2026 Fee Update
The ACCME annual fee increase began in 2024 and will continue moving into 2026, delineated by the 5 tiers determined by activity numbers reported in 2022 – 2024. Tier 1 represents those organizations who reported 39 or fewer activities, and Tier 5 represents those who reported more than 1,230. The tiers only apply to annual accreditation fees; other service fees will continue as flat fees (also subject to year over year increases). The annual fee is payable by January 31 of each year, and providers can expect to receive communication from the ACCME directly to the email listed in the contact information. Read more about the fee changes (and see the full fee schedule) here or access it via PDF here.
