Does ACCME Criterion 33 require that our publication/presentation be accepted and published or just that we submit it for publication/presentation?

Criterion 33 requires that at least two different projects be developed in a way that can be shared with the community, and have been submitted to a peer-reviewed forum of some form.  Whether or not that forum accepts the publication/presentation does not affect compliance with Criterion 33.
