Does the ACPE require Active Learning in every activity?

Yes!  The ACPE requires an Active Learning component in every activity.  They created a helpful PDF with activity-type verbs and techniques for each of the three activity types (Knowledge, Application and Practice).  You can view it here: https://www.acpe-accredit.org/pdf/Active_Learning.pdf.
