Are our commercial supporters allowed to distribute promotional materials for CE activities (like “save the date” and other informational items)?

Yes, the ACCME allows for this type of involvement from commercial supporters.  This would not be prohibited by the Standards for Integrity and Independence.  However, please note that Standard 5.3 does prohibit these ineligible companies from providing access to the actual education itself.
