How do I calculate the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for each activity format?

When calculating the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, consider that there are seven activity formats, and two are the most common:  Live and Enduring.

Live: Credit is calculated based on the length of time of the activity, excluding breaks.  Credit designations are in 15 minute (or 0.25 credit) increments, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.  There is a minimum of 0.25, but no set maximum.

Enduring: Credit is calculated based on an estimate of the length of time it will take a learner to complete the activity.  Credit designations are in 15 minute (or 0.25 credit) increments, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
