Can I award MOC credit automatically to the faculty member presenting or creating my MOC activity content?

Unfortunately, no.  “Learning from Teaching” CME activities have to be developed in compliance with all applicable ACCME requirements (C1-C13).  This includes all required planning items (gaps, needs, format, etc.).  A provider could plan and accredit a “Teaching from Learning” activity for faculty simultaneously with the live course that also meets the MOC requirements.  You can find more information about this activity type here.
