No. Commercial Support must flow through the provider or the accredited provider’s approved educational partner (i.e. joint provider). Commercial funds cannot ever flow directly from a commercial interest to any other entity or individual involved in an accredited CME activity.
Can commercial support be spent directly by the commercial supporter on costs related to the CME activity?
