How can I register an accredited CME activity for ABIM MOC?

CME providers accredited within the ACCME System may use PARS (the ACCME’s Program and Activity Reporting System) to register activities for the ABIM MOC program.

First, providers will enter the data required to open a CME activity as you usually do.  You’ll see a new section, “Maintenance of Certification”.  Fill out the data fields in that section to register your activity for ABIM’s MOC program.  As part of the registration process for each activity, providers will attest that the activity meets the ABIM’s Medical Knowledge Assessment Recognition Program requirements, agree to abide by the ABIM/ACCME requirements for use of the data, agree to comply with requests for information if the activity is selected for audit, and agree to allow the ACCME to publish data about the activity on ACCME’s website.

Additionally, providers will be required to agree to collect the required individual participant completion data and submit it via PARS.

More information and detailed steps on the above process can be found here.
