Can we ask an ineligible company for some topic and speaker suggestions on an upcoming CE activity?

There is never a reason for a CE provider to receive that kind of input from an ineligible company.  If the suggestions are offered, it would be inappropriate to act on them.  The provider must ensure that the CE content and the process to develop that content remains beyond the control of any ineligible company.
