Can we use the logo of an ACCME-defined eligible entity in acknowledging their support of our activity?

Yes.  If you received support from an eligible company, you can use their logo to acknowledge that support.  Because the organization is not an ineligible company per the ACCME, the use of its corporate logo would be appropriate, especially in acknowledgement of their support.
