There is no requirement by the ACCME that the CME team specifically takes the lead on management of any research projects. However, the research itself must be related to the effectiveness of and/or best practices in CME.
To comply with Criterion 33, does our own CME team have to develop and analyze the research, or can a different group in our organization take the lead here?
