Could my organization comply with C30 by optimizing NON-clinical skills? Or does it have to be technical/procedural skills only?

A provider could be compliant with C30 by optimizing skills like quality improvement in their learners as long as the skill is an “observable psychomotor skill” that requires both practice and expertise.
