For Criterion 36, what is the minimum level of performance change that must be demonstrated?

In Criterion 36, change in performance refers to measured changes in a learner’s behavior; for example, reduced coding errors, higher patient communication ratings, greater participation in team/group meetings, etc.).  Providers are encouraged to set their own specific goals for performance improvement, and can select the most appropriate mechanism(s).  Remember:  The standard, target, and performance improvement that is measured and reported should be consequential in relationship to the objectives.
