Four separate examples are required to comply with this criterion. For example, if a provider implements a new format, this would count as one innovation, even though it contains multiple activities.
Do the four examples of creativity and innovation in Criterion 35 have to be four DIFFERENT innovations? Or could we use multiple examples from the same innovations?
