Does an accredited provider have to report commercial support that is paid directly to a joint provider for an activity?

Yes.  Though commercial funds may be distributed to an accredited provider’s non-accredited education partner (i.e. joint provider), the accredited provider remains responsible for oversight of the commercial funds and must report the full amount of commercial support received.
