If my MOC activity is selected for review, what do we do?

If your MOC activity is selected for review, the ACCME will send you specific next steps about what materials will need to be provided, an on what timelines.  The review of MOC activities is not designed to be punitive in any way – rather, they are formative and constructive.

One helpful tool (though not a formal audit document) is the Planning and Audit Guide – reviewing this now, before a review is requested, can be a best practice to ensure that your organization is meeting the board requirements.
