If our activity ends up getting cancelled, what should we do in PARS?

If the activity didn’t end up occurring (for any reason) it does not need to be reported in PARS at all!  Providers have no further responsibility in this situation.

If you need to delete the activity, you can easily do so through the Activity Summary screen.  From there, check the box next to each activity you want to delete and choose “Delete Activities” at the bottom of the page.  Additionally, you can delete activities individually by hovering over the activity card and selecting “Delete”.  Make sure your pop-ups are enabled, as you’ll receive a pop-up message asking you to confirm whether you want to delete the selected activities.  There is another option or activity deleting by using the batch and web service methods.

As always, once an activity is closed or has individual learner completion data, that activity cannot be deleted.
