In light of the restrictions in Standard 4.1c, are we allowed to provide scholarships to fellows and residents?

Scholarships for residents and fellows fall under the umbrella of other organizations’ (i.e., the Council of Ethical and Judicial Affairs of the AMA).  The ACCME does not address this topic at all in the Standards for Integrity and Independence.  As such, the existence of resident/fellow scholarships will not be reviewed during the ACCME’s accreditation process.
