In PARS, how should we report activities that are available for more than a single year?

In PARS, if there is an enduring activity that is offered over the course of two or three years, the activity should only be reported ONCE and should include the actual start and end date.  The specific learner counts should be updated through December 31 for each year’s annual reporting deadline.  Any other kind of activity format (besides enduring) that lasts longer than one year should be entered once during EACH calendar year (as separate activities) and closed at the end of that period.
