In Standard 2, what does “explicit consent of the learner” mean?

This means that the accredited provider is expected to explain to all learners the intent to share their information with an ineligible company.  This can be done at registration, as long as the learner can opt out and still attend the activity.  If the consent statement is clearly visible (not hidden in a long list of terms/conditions) then this would meet the expectation.
