Is it enough to evaluate learner satisfaction by polling learners about their opinions on speakers and the activities as a whole?

It’s a good practice to evaluate learner satisfaction and gather feedback.  However, providers must also be able to evaluate changes in learner competence, performance, or patient outcomes and this cannot happen by simply asking about learner satisfaction.
