For our learners to earn points for ABIM Practice Assessment activities, what additional informaiton do we need to collect?

You would simply collect the same information that’s collected for ABIM Medical Knowledge activities:

1. The physician learner’s first and last name
2. The physician learner ABIM ID#
3. Date of birth (mm/dd)
4. Date of completion of the activity (mm/dd/yyyy)
5. Number of MOC points earned
6. MOC credit type(s)
7. Permission from the learner to share information with the ACCME
