How long am I required to keep ACPE learner and activity records? 

According to the ACPE Policies and Procedure Manual, providers are required to maintain records for a period of six years.  They also need to assure the availability of these records during that time, ensuring security by appropriate back-up systems.  The provider’s records may be used by state boards of pharmacy to verify the participation of a pharmacist in an activity.
