My faculty member has had no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies for the last 12 months. Are they clear to lead our accredited activity?

Possibly!  The ACCME requires that accredited providers collect information about all financial relationships within the prior 24 months for individuals in control of content.  Make sure they disclose their relationship history for the full 24-month period.
