No. The ACCME determines relevant financial relationships to be financial relationships (of any amount) occurring within the past 12 months with an ACCME-defined commercial interest. If the relationship has not been in the past 12 months, this information does not need to be disclosed to learners.
If more than one year has passed since any involvement with a commercial interest, does my faculty member still need to disclose those prior relationships to learners?
