In PARS, is there a special way to report RSS information?

Yes, actually.  The ACCME requires that Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) are reported as one activity, not multiple.  Providers should add up the total hours within the series, and should consider each attendee as one learner, counting the same individual more than once if they attended more than once activity within the series.
