What is Primary Accreditation with the ANCC?

Primary Accreditation refers to both initial accreditation and reaccreditation with the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center).

Primary Accreditation recognizes organizations demonstrate excellence in the ability to deliver continuing nursing education (CNE) or approve organizations or individuals that have demonstrated excellence in the ability to deliver CNE.
