Should we be collecting financial disclosures on an annual basis or at the time of the activity creation?

The ACCME leaves this choice up to the provider – collection of disclosure information during activity planning or on a regular/periodic basis.  If a provider elects to collect disclosure periodically, it is important that they ask the individual to update the disclosure if/when anything changes.
