In the situation of joint providership, which organization is responsible for awarding the credit?

If a certified activity is either jointly sponsored (by an accredited CME provider and a non-accredited organization) or co-sponsored (by two or more accredited CME providers), then the accredited CME provider certifying the activity must keep a record of the AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM claimed for each physician participating in that activity.
