As long as it fully executed BEFORE the start date or release of the activity, then yes, an electronically signed agreement, accepted by the provider and originating from the commercial supporter, would count.
The ACCME often accepts electronically signed documents in lieu of physically signed ones; does this apply for commercial support agreements?
