To comply with this criterion, you’ll need to demonstrate that you do conduct periodic analysis to determine the effectiveness of strategies designed to reinforce or sustain change.  You have some options at your disposal:  You might evaluate how many learners are actually accessing the offered support strategies, how many use the reminders or education materials, or how many log onto network opportunities after the activity to engage with others.  Additionally, you might use a survey to find out if the offered strategies were helpful in reinforcing change (and if not, what could have been done differently).
