To transmit disclosure information to learners, can we use electronic mechanisms (including tabs and links)?

Providing disclosure information to learners is required by Standards 3.5 and 4.4.  Providers are welcome to use tabs, links, or other electronic mechanisms to make that information available to learners, as long as it happens prior to the start of the accredited CE education.
