If we have uploaded many of our activities into PARS throughout the year, can we still utilize the “batch upload” function without causing duplication?

Yes you can!  PARS will automatically update an activity if a matching activity is found/uploaded, to avoid duplication.  PARS locates matches in one of two ways:

1. ACCME Activity ID

OR

2. The combination of ALL of the following fields:

• Activity Type and Date
• Reporting Year
• Provider Activity ID
