We want to comply with Commendation Criterion 31 by using our MOC tracking system to help learners track what they need to maintain their certification & offer suggestions – would this be compliant?

While the MOC tracking system is useful, it doesn’t meet the requirements/intent of C31.  The bigger idea is for the provider and the learner to develop a learning plan with individualized feedback that will help the learner to address their own personal practice gaps – those areas of knowledge, skill, or performance that need improvement.  The provider would also be required to demonstrate that the learning plan differs meaningfully between learners.
