We are having issues with learner evaluation completion. Will ACCME penalize us if our learner outcomes data is negligible?

ACCME requires providers to evaluate their activities for proposed changes to learner competence, performance and/or patient outcomes.  If you are making a consistent effort to source this data, ACCME will not penalize you for learner behavior (i.e. not completing evaluations).  However, if you are consistently struggling to gather data on your activity outcomes, consider updating your evaluation design, or even testing other methods of sourcing post-activity changes.
