We are planning content for an online/social media platform. What steps should I be taking now?

Consider carefully the hosting platform: Make sure it is not based in/hosted by an ineligible company and that it will not track learner information without consent, use that information for advertising without consent, allow marketing material to appear before, during, or after the activity, or permit intellectual property reposting without consent.  Additionally, ensure that the platform will continue to abide by these restrictions as long as the material is hosted on their site.
