Yes! The ACCME has stated that providers can use “tabs, links, or other electronic mechanisms” to offer disclosure information to learners, as long as the information is clearly marked, accessible to learners, and takes place before the learner begins the CME activity.
We are seeking to comply with Standards 3.5 and 4.4 with transmitting disclosure information to learners – can we use links to do this?
