We have online enduring materials that were released in 2021 but will be available into 2022. Do they need to comply with the New Standards?

The ACCME expects providers to “take reasonable steps to comply with the Standards for Integrity and Independence for activities taking place in 2021 that will continue to be available in 2022 and beyond”.  Providers are expected to demonstrate compliance with the New Standards for activities that take place after January 1, 2022, but for activities that were planned and released prior to 2021, there is no expectation that providers make changes to or gather new disclosure information from the individuals in control of content.
