What does the ACCME mean by “format that can be verified at the time of accreditation” in Standard 3?

The ACCME clarifies in its FAQ section that as part of the accreditation process, the ACCME looks at the sample of providers’ accredited education.  It does this to ensure that learners are receiving the required disclosure information at the correct time.  To aid in this process, providers are required to provide documentation that verifies the disclosure took place.
